Description

The main objective of the training is to provide explanation for the ENRRA personnel regarding the conduct of internal audits, and namely:

• Understanding of the place and purpose of the IMS internal audit in the PDCA cycle, requirements of ISO 19011, principles and philosophy of the audit, and audit types; requirements for qualification of IMS auditors, formation of an audit team;
• Planning of and preparation for an audit, development of the annual IMS audit program, development of check-lists; conduct of audits, audit techniques, audit principles, audit survey techniques, determination of the audit scope;

Completion of an audit, assessment of audit findings, development of a report; actions to be taken after an audit.
