ENRRA has successfully passed the external audit as part of the renewal process for its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.

ENRRA stated that the renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 certification represents a new achievement added to its record, supporting the realization of its strategic objectives, particularly in establishing and implementing an integrated management system aligned with Egyptian and international standards in management, as well as with the publications of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). This ensures the sustainability of the Authority’s operations and enhances its ability to carry out its regulatory functions efficiently and effectively.

External auditors commended the effectiveness of ENRRA’s management system following a comprehensive audit covering all core and supporting processes across the Authority’s sectors and departments. The audit was accompanied by Dr. Sherif Bakr, Head of the Quality and Audit Department, along with members of the team, including Dr. Heba Allah Sakr and Dr. Ahmed El-Dalaa.

It is worth noting that Dr. Hany Khadr, Chairman of ENRRA, chaired both the opening and closing meetings with the external auditors, emphasizing the importance of external audits and the implementation of an integrated management system to ensure the Authority’s regulatory role is carried out with efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. The meetings were attended by Dr. Mahmoud Gad, Deputy Chairman of ENRRA, and members of the Quality Department team.

At the conclusion of the audit, Dr. Khadr extended his appreciation to the Quality and Audit Department and ENRRA’s staff for their dedication and commitment to applying best international practices, ensuring the Authority’s regulatory mandate is fulfilled to the highest standards.
